Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members of the Australian Recreational Motorists Association (ARMA) will be held:
Date: Thursday 11th December 2025
Time:
- 8.00pm AEDT (NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT)
- 7.00pm AEST (QLD)
- 5.00pm AWST (WA)
The meeting will be conducted virtually via the Zoom online portal.

To register for the Zoom meeting login ID, please contact the ARMA Secretary by email at se*******@******et.au no later than Tuesday, 9th December 2025.
Important: If your club or association has not yet confirmed their delegate(s) attending the ARMA AGM, please ensure you do so by the end of the day on Tuesday, 9th December. Send the updated contact and club/association details of the delegate(s) to se*******@******et.au.
An agenda will be distributed by the 27th of November 2025.
